Bed Sign - Means they need to rest
Horrible Happy Face Sign - Means they are satisfied and don't have a care in the world

You need to play 2 (home/away) practice games everyday for your players form, and for your economy.
When you got the ZZzzZZzz symbol they need to rest from games.
