when the subtitute comes; the game crashes down to windows why it happens

what is your graphics card? in most cases that happens because the graphic card is not good enough to play the game. thats why you have to use 3D Analyzer and turn on Force SW TnL and emulate HW TnL. Then it should work fine.(I hope I still remember it correct) Try these settings in the 3D Analyzer

my graphic card is msi g-force fx 5200 (128 mb)
and i have done it since i bought the game the two options that you telling
they are on...
