Please help me (Carrier mode)

Hi guys. does someone knows how i can make the players like ronaldo and other stars to dont go qaway when i play at carriere mode ?
after a few years in carriere mode the best player disipears.
Please dont telle me that i shuld use Fifa Creation center. icant use it, becuase of crashing..

They retire when they are old, you can use FIFA CAREER CUSTOMIZER, or CC to change their age or when players retire...Because the Creation Centre works perfectly for me why not for you?

Yeah, just use the creation centre to make them 1 year old...so that they never retire, and that thier price goes way up.

Not that I do that, I think having them retire makes the game more realistic.

yeah, you can use career optimizer instead of creation centre. but I dont do that cause it is realistic when player retired...

ijan idont like when the players disipear becuase, .g in spanish league there is 17 players in whole league who has the name (rierra ortega) and all of them stinks.
