but need some help for start how looks with convertor or how convert 3D model from CM to the Blender? :)

In FIFA 12 there is no such possibility.
Everybody just choose models that already exist in FIFA 12 and put at them textures of players or just make faces in FaceGen or in Blender but they also can't be used in FIFA 12.
