Points For Staff

What is the maximum or most points you have gotten or can get for winning a game or cup, to improve your staff? The most i have gotten is around 15.

after finishing the first season with chester
and wining the league cup, the english cup, and the English league two .. i got about 350 point
and after wining the community shield i got 30 points

I think the most I've ever got for a normal league game is 14.

Does anyone know what you have to do to get each point?

I got 24 before. English Cup Final - I beat Blackburn with Leyton Orient. Guess they regarded a win over an EPL side by a League 2 side as great.

I think that the most I've got is like 15-20.

ya same i got like 15-20 on a normal game plus once the board gave me a windfall of 200 points on the half way of the seaons which was awesome

Are you playing on World Class? I'm guessing that you are, and they give you more points for playing on World Class.

Thats good and u can go up to upgrades and give staff points

After one game they gave me a 100 point bonus fro doing so well, within 2 matches I had two staff members move up a level.
