You should use Creation master 11 to find models mate, and start focusing on less faces, working more on texture, like removing lights, shadows and adjusting colors , then you may work on 3d model, FIFA 10 tutorials will help you a lot.(Y)

Jose bosingwa texture and what darrek said Dejan stankovic for model i think that will be a good enough face. i do that a lot of times :P
