RellioN , i agree with your first three comments , although i think fifa is good value for money .
I didn't realize how good Fifa 2003 was until Fifa 2004 came out. I prefer to play that.

gotta agree

where the hell is the poll?

anyway.. I got agree EA has outdone themselves. This version of FIFA could have been worse.......George Bush could have been calling the games.

Settle down guys...

If I read the original post right he said these are things he heard from friends and such and wanted your opinions about the statements he heard. Maybe he wanted your thoughts on those statements hoping that enough people here liked it and could overcome those negative statements so that he may go buy it himself.

As for whether or not there is a poll what the hell difference does it make? A poll doesn't have to mean you get to click a little box and cast a vote. It can also mean your opinions on a list of topics.

NO offense meant here but I think the fun of coming to this board for a lot of you is more so the abilty to flame somebody for their posts rather than discussing the fine product (FIFA 2004) that this board is dedicated to.

As for the George Bush comment.....WTF? What does that have to do with soccer at all?

Hey dont believe everything ur friends say in ur neighborhood, thats their opions, they probably are noob's to the FIFA series, but the game isnt all that bad, infact, im enjoying more and more rather than hating it more and more. I play it everyday, the career mode is very addicting when u try to bring a third or second division team to the primeirship and make them tite challengers or even champions, its very fun. The game has its bad parts and may get frustrating but u get over it.
I suggest u give it a rent or download the demo and taste it for urself, dont let other people get in ur head, have ur own opinion, so try it before u make assumptions. ;)

What a Psychotic guy...

Nothing against the Americans (actually I admire them). Inventive and hard-working people...

My problem is with their political regime... but I'm not arguing about that with you 'coz: for 1-you write like a retard; for 2-it's off-topic.....

Whatever. Don't expect to put down other people's leaders/countries and expect nobody to react. Do you think I couldn't write an essay about Mozambique's political problems? Like you said, off-topic but then why make the remark in the first place.

You have the right to react, but your reaction was kinda agressive. And I have also the right to express my thoughts, and there are plenty of reasons backing that particular thought of mine....

as for writing an essay about Moz. political problems, I'd be more than happy to help exposing many dubious political leaders....

That because this FIFA 2004 randomly turns into an anti-American rant and comments knocking my country get my back up. I'm sorry if I got over-defensive bud but I think all political comment should be kept off these boards. We're trying to unify through a sport not seperate through prejudice which has no place here.

HaHA. This is insane. Being an American, I've got to get in my 2 cents here. George Bush does suck and ya know what? Being able to say that without worrying about being imprisoned is what Americas all about. BUSH SUX BUSH SUX BUSH SUX. What was that? That's the sound of democracy my friend. Like it or not. There's this crazy notion going on in many (too many) Americans heads that talking bad about the president is unpatriotic. What a bunch o' Texas bull that is. I dont like Bush because I am concerned for where he is leading this country. Is that unpatriotic? Uh...quite the opposite. I hate having to bring up politics on this forum but when the @sshole ugly-Americans come out of the woodwork (suddenly and abrasively) I just have to speak up and show everyone that we're not all about trying to force beliefs on everyone.:rockman: By the way, what is all of this anti-American crap you re speaking of. I haven't seen one bit of it.

The point isn't that nobody has the right to say it and I don't really care one way or the other who does and doesn't like Bush but this really isn't the place to have sly digs at other countries. I could make comments like the French are cheese-eating surrender monkeys but it neither educates nor informs anybody about the game, the sport or anything other than my political and international views which I'm 100% sure they didn't log into this forum to read.

Fifa 2004, in my opinion, is far too buggy. Its a fun game, it has some very good parts, however it is bogged down by unrealistic actions and results as well as countless bugs.

For example, like with the already flawed Champs League, I made it to the finals against Esbjerg last season. A very low rated team from denmark, and they somehow beat Real Madrid and very nearly beat me.

If EA had waited to put this game out when it was ready, it would have been the best of their efforts so far.

fun game, but lacking in areas.

The only difference is that the French being cheese-eating surrender monkeys doesn't harm the other people... they don't start wars and kill innocent people at false excuses. Sorry, but American's external handling represents a threat to all the other countries, because they abuse of their military force.... and when people think their interference is beneficial, they discover later later that there were some specific interests playing their part.

When I was a little kid, I used to admire the "heroic" american troops. But I'm not a kid anymore. Even tho they have a mighty marketing system and they try hard to manipulate other people thoughts, they're now doing a hell of a job (USA regime). Now, they can only rely on their allies and their military force, 'coz their credibility is lying down on the gutter....

And CODAVE. American people have almost everything at their disposal. What they need now is more and more people getting conscious that, if the USA external politic doesn't change radically, in some years time they could start loosing everything... what they need is more people like yourself. You're not unpatriot, you're a wise person....

And sorry one for time for bringing up politics....

Now, now, what have we got here.....we aren't helping the poor guy make up his mind about FIFA are we? Forget the politics and lets get on with the game shall we.;)
