Yes, it is easy:
Create a new File it names "popup" in Fifa08/data/gui!
Now import the popups once again! Now it must work!

if you want to disable popups, simply create new BIG (Empty big), for example: open notepad and save as gscorers.txt, rename to gscorers.big (Empty).

PS: To view extension, go to TOOLS==> FOLDER OPTIONS==> VIEW, uncheck HIDE FILES EXTENSION...

Where should i place the .big file??
I placed it in data/gui but it did not work.
plzz help.

I got a chance to try those popups yesterday but there is a mistake indeed, when played with Sportschau (ARD) Popups and a goal is scored, the Sky Sports Popups come up for the goal...

P.S.: Somebody from Ireland in the forum, that could make screenshots of RTE Premiership telly screens?

i have a problem.i installed the manager and applied the barclay popups.
then ran the game and the popups didnt appear so i closed the game and ran the fatbuilder..then ran the game again..and now the game crashes after the "press any key"menu to get to the main menu...


any ideas?

It is quite easy. Go to FIFA 08/data/cmn and create a folder called "popupS", then apply the wanted popup. It will work now.

it works for me. but instead creating a popupS folder in cmn folder, you must create the popupS folder in gui folder. the correct way as below:

C:/Program Files/FIFA 08/data/gui ------------> right

C:/Program Files/FIFA 08/data/cmn -----------> wrong

For our big patch of the Austrian league we need a Popup of Premiere, which is used for the Austrian League and for Premiere Fussball International.

one thing though, are these meant to update the score display in the top right of the screen? I had installed the fifamania superpatch and now have just installed the premier league popups ontop. I get the correct popups except the score display is still the sky italia one.

monkeydragon- i installed your armband maker and tried to import the barclays premier league one already there and it said that it worked but when i tried to play as a premier league team the game crashed. how do i fix this?
