Portuguese Liga Patch 06

Here's what I think.

The Liga Logo deal shouldn't be stretched out and shiny that way, just makes it look cheesy.
The pictures look pretty low res aswell. The outlines on them look good.

The background looks awesome.



Now with that said, if it was me id use the Portuguese flag as the background in the same style you have now (with those lines going through it). Use better quality pictures, and on top use your logo then put the writing "FansFIFA PL Patch 06 v1.0" then use the Liga Bet and Win.com logo (not stretched or anything just normal). If I could get a certain program I have to work I could show you what I mean, it might take a few days though, but of course its your Patch and you could do as you wish. But to me presentation is everything.

I like Liga logo this way, also the pics not seems that low res, maybe you think that cause FIFA resizes them, they are not top res but they are not bad at all, i'll leave them that way cause they are cool.

About commentaries, making them available you're sharing original files that EA payed to have and that people pays for them in the stores. When we make a patch we make our own files to change the game, we are not sharing original content of the game, that's what i meant when i've said if you've asked EA, what's the part of copyright that you guys don't understand?

Posting original files or updated files is exactly the same thing! Changed files, like rosters, menu updates etc. is even worst cos' you're changing what was originally made for the game, and we don't have any permission for that. We are changing things that EA payed for the developers to make.

Believe it or not, we are not authorized to make patches or change anything inside this kind of games. I know what i'm talking, as i work in a company that works with Games and i'm dealing with that kind of stuffs for 5 years already..

About the warez issue, did you asked betandwin.com to use their registered mark? did you ask benfica, porto, sporting and all other portuguese clubs to use their registered marks? don´t think so, so you´re the last one to call someone attencion.

Maybe i can say that fifa-mania was knew in the world cause of me and people that worked with me, i don't forget my past but that doesn't gives you the rigth to talk for me or to seem some kind of boss, you don't own me, i don't have any contract signed with you so stop acting like a stupid jelous that lost his best man, the man who could give him and his site international fame and the only man that could put Portugal has a patch reference in FIFA community, you know that like i know and all the people on the forum knows. fifa-mania /fifaportugal exists since 2001, before you we made 2 portuguese liga patch. we didnt need you to make them. and before you all the world and the portuguese comunity knew what fifa-mania/fifaportural. besides due to the fact of that, your work was shown to the world, because without my knowledge and my contacts, nobody knew who mouta is or what are his works.

Believe me, i'm inside the SimRacing world (for example) for ages and it's well know that any mod, or update to the original content of the game can be punished by law.. and inside these SimRacing games there are EA games also, so it's exactly the same.

The EULA is very clear in every game nowadays and if we want to change our games we are taking the risk, but we must be conscient of what we might get.
