Possibility of having NG commentary?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering...

I read somewhere that the Fifa in XBox360 could be edited if you could siphon the files to an external hardrive using the tools we use to edit our Fifa in our computer. Is that true?

If that is so, would it be possible to open the audio files of the Fifa in the XBox360 using Rinaldo's Sound Master 10 to extract the sound files to create alternate commentary patch for Fifa10 pc where instead of hearing the traditional CG commentary, we'd hear the NG commentary?
