Possible Soccer Sub-Forum

Today whilst browsing SG, i looked in the Columbia vs Argentina Match thread and noticed a member who was annoyed because he was planning to watch the game but someone spoiled it for him by posting the scores.

Anways this got me thinking and i thought that in the Soccer Forum their should be a Sub-Forum just like "The Sig and Av Feedback/Request Forum" but called "Match Preview/Report/Analysis Forum"

This way everything would be neat and tidy and if you wished to see a match's report you could just go into the Sub-Forum and view it. It would be alot better because those who visit SG would know to avoid this Sub-Forum if they were going to watch a match later on.

What do you all think ?

Yep, as long as people follow the rules and write P+R in the title, when making a thread about a certain game, and people are aware of what this means, then I don't see any need for such a sub forum...although it's not a bad idea.

Firstly if you're so concerned about making sure you don't know the result, you shouldn't be visiting a forum named "SOCCER GAMING".... especially not the Soccer sub-forum

Next, we still do the best we can to prevent scores appearing in the Title.

that Columbia 2-0 Argentina was a one off and i changed the title as soon as i saw it.

It happens once ever 50 matches or so...

For the most part everyone does the P+R thing in their title and it works out just fine.

also, lets suppose we do make a sub-forum... then all the match related threads will be there and hte main soccer forum will be just about transfers and some other trivial crap.

so yeah... moral of the story... No.
