PotD : 2000\2001 Season Update

Why do you people not take this in?!?!?! This is about the TENTH time I have had to say this on the forum (and probably Drinky's had to say this as much as I have too)!!! There WILL be ONE LAST Patch of the Day update which will be VERY VERY small indeed (in size and in content, although it will update the game to the new season with new kits and add the missing English Divisions, which adds a new dimension), and it will be released before August begins (i.e. when the new season starts). Drinky will NOT be doing anything in it so it WILL be on time as well!
Here is it's full features list :-

- Division Two and Division Three added (they were not in last time because we wanted it released way before the new season started)

- Updated 2000\2001 leagues (I will update the English Premiership, English Division One, English Division Two and English Division Three for 2000\2001 with relegation\promotion changes, transfers, etc. and fellow roster maker Jochen Tree might update some other leagues for the 2000\2001 season too along with transfer etc. changes)

- Updated 2000\2001 kits for the Premiership (99\00 kits were included with PotD : TEoaE because pictures of all the new season kits could not be found and that is also why the rosters are correct as of the 99\00 season in PotD : TEoaE)

- Charlton Athletic, Manchester City, Ipswich Town, Tranmere Rovers (my team) and Cheltenham Town's (Drinky's team) stadia added

That's it. There are only 5 new stadia so they won't bring up the size of the update too much at all, the kits are very small in size the rosters are very VERY small in size so the game will be completely changed but still at a downloadable-in-a-few-minutes size, although you will still have to have PotD : TEoaE installed and working for this update to work. All worth it though for one top top TOP quality patch.

Something I almost forgot to mention... I have NOT managed to find 00\01 kit pictures of : Arsenal (A), Aston Villa (A), Bradford City (H or A), Charlton Athletic (A), Chelsea (H), Derby County (H), Everton (A), Ipswich Town (H or A), Leeds United (A), Leicester City (H or A), Liverpool (A), Manchester City (H or A), Manchester United (H or A), Middlesbrough (H or A), Newcastle United (H or A), Southampton (H or A), Sunderland (H or A), Tottenham Hotspur (H) or West Ham United (H). If anyone has any ideas on where to find pictures of any of them, or if anyone can even SEND me pictures of any of them, or EVEN if you have any information on them (!), then PLEASE E-Mail me or reply to this message. I want the kits in PotD : 2000\2001 Season Update to be SPOT ON for the new season and I'll need all the help I can get. Thanks!

Chris, here's a great idea! Why not add home kits for the Scottish premier teams (well the league is changing so it would have to be 10 of them)! Or at least Rangers and Celtic (and Dundee United, of course!), as there are tons of English fans of the Gers and the Bhoys (and of course Dundee United...)

Schumacher - There is hardly enough room to fit all the English team kits in, in-fact this year unless a few more teams have home and away kits with the same design just different colours, I will have to scrap the idea of including my Tranmere kits and Drinky's Cheltenham kits! Of course if there was room I would make it a British patch and not just an English patch - I love the 'tic v 'gers derbies (in-fact Celtic's team photo was the first team photo I ever saw in my life, I only remember because I loved the white and green hooped kit!), but there is no way to go over the current amount of jersey's without having major problems! In-fact I've even had to assign Newcastle's kit to an extremely clashing allocation which is why they nearly always wear their away kit and the opposition ends up wearing colours completely different to their real kit!

Oh well, we can't have everything. Sorry you may have to ditch your Team's kits. Great Patch anyway, I can't wait to August now!

PS I've noticed something odd in POTD. Bradford's kit is perfect at all times, except when I play Newcastle and they wear their away kit, when the Bradford kit turns blue! Is this "kit clashing" finally working?
