There are almost 150 boots in FiFa 13 Database and you can assign them through database.

I can put a pic by pic tutorial of how to do it ofcourse if some guys already havent shown it already.

If I'm replied by any single guy I'll put a pic by pic turtorial

Isn't it obvious that fifa has a lot of boot r3xs inside data3.big including boots from previous games and you can assign them via editing DB or R-Mod.

Yeah u are pretty rite abt tht and u can also unlock all the classic kits and balls tht iicluding ball i m gonna show in screenshot there are a lot of things u can assign ball to a team and boots to a player n its easy once u figure it out....
Ill put everything in tutorial with pics later bcz first ineed to make it...

For the kits and balls, you can edit the FIFA 13 db to unlock the items without paying for them.

For kits, open the teamkits table, look for the column titled, 'powid' and set all the values to -1 that have other numbers. This will unlock all the kits. They will not show up as purchased in the EAS FC Catalog, but they will be selectable in the game.

For balls, open the table teamballs, and do the same thing. Set all values in the 'powid' column to -1 and the balls will all be unlocked as well.

For boots, open the table playerboots, and do the same thing. Set all values in the 'powid' column to -1 and the boots will all be unlocked as well.

So these changes can appear in yur career mode:
Boots for specific player:
1)Click on Players
2)Search for Players Id (ex Torres) here: http://fifa13.sofifa.com/en/player/simple_search click on fernando torres and in URL u will see his ID at the extreme right http://fifa13.sofifa.com/en/player/49369
3)Look for 10th column named shoetypecode Enter the boots no. u want to assign to player, here for TORRES those EURO white green boots in the above pic is 231, for Sergio Ramos is 232

Balls for Specific Team:
Ex For Chelsea (I gave Barclays PL Winter Yellow ball id 52)
1)Click on Teams
2)Look for 15th column named Balltype enter 52 or any id of the ball u want and enjoy in career mode too

Bro u should have CM 12 (by Rinaldo) open it and simply import them through the import image button one by one and later regenerate them or ull have to wait until i make all the premier league major teams minifaces so tht u can just put them in the DFIFA13\Game\data\ui\imgAssets\heads folder.But i would suggst u can import them one by one for now.

U can regenerate through CM12 (go to tools)
