stop asking for screenshots or videos and posting replies, he's done enough mess for a guy who made "nothing".
this makes me realize that we should thank to all other patchmakers who even hadn't dreamed of earning money for their efforts. and this guy made more impact than other free patchmakers. we also owe an apology to wolf, kibble, wannabe and the one's that I forgot.

Something else which has just occured to me; assuming this patch actually exists (which it probably doesn't but humour me a moment here everyone...), who's kits are being using for it??
I'm guessing you have not created EVERY SINGLE kit yourself from scratch, nor i imagine have your 'colleagues', in which case i can only assume you've used kits that other patch makers have made for the community for FREE. So not only do you have the cheek to charge us for this patch, but you take the work many of us have put hours and hours of work into (without payment ofcourse), and then try to sell it back to us? Simply unbelievable...

As stated before please wait until march12th2004 for judgement.
The reason for this post was to make aware of an upgraded patch that will enhance your proE experience.
Our previous posting on this site and other proE sites has been to find out the `needs` of users within the gamer community.
we ourselves have found many pitfalls within the game and have taken steps to improve them, things like extended replays, better menus/sub menus and easier transfer navigation, if we dont post these questions we do not find what the user requires in there upgrades!...the standard core of the game has never been in question, gameplay is amoung the best in sports sims but the game has always suffered from limitations, you have fans of the game that turn there skills to making files to improve there playing experience but you lose realism through sub standard graphics and audio, and lack of official licences.
the fee for this patch will work out at around £1.02 for the complete full upgrade.
At present we cannot and will not release any screenshots or video of the proposed patch, however we are working on a dedicated server to handle the traffic for this release date, this will include a small site for details in `install` and also contain links to download our editor software we produced to manipulate graphic and audio files in the game, both these editors are easy to use and allow the user to import kits/balls/audio into the game.
at present we are working on a decent gui for this editor and hope to have it finished by the end of the week.
i guess at the end of the day you can only wait, but sometimes in this world it pays to believe!...we do have Konami`s support, as said before they where amazed how much the game was improved, this was the work of daryl forrest(our programmer),,,this guy just eats numbers!...and yes you are correct they have not put an official stamp on it....but only because of legal reasons...we are hoping to contribute to the code of proE4......this patch will be a taste of our skills.
our workforce consists of >programmer/video editor/and a hacker!!!...(he`s not a hacker as such,,,just clever!)

please feel free to continue and doubt this upgrade, we find it a real laugh that we have worked so hard yet we are doubted!....its like you dont want the patch!....funny world...!

For god's sake why not!?? I can see no reason why you are not in a position to do this less than a month away from 'release'.
You surely cannot question the scepticism and doubt surrounding this. You have done nothing to show you are genuine, and are flat out refusing to do so, and there are so many legal issues surrounding what you doing that you have CONTINUALLY FAILED TO RESPOND TO!
As to this whole issue of the 'source code', where did you get hold of this? Konami just 'gave' it to you? And don't tell me you hacked it, because you can't do this. You may have done things with a hex editor or some such tool, but don't tell me you actually have Konami's official source code for the game. Do you even know what source code is? It's impossible to believe you were given this - look at the uproar with Valve when the source code for HL2 was stolen.
Ofcourse, and do you know why? Because they would be breaking copyright law if they did so. What makes you so special that you are able to ignore these very same laws by selling a product that contains copyrighted material?
I will say this yet again;
YOU WILL BE BREAKING NUMEROUS COPYRIGHT LAWS BY SELLING A PRODUCT FOR MONEY WHICH CONTAINS COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. YOU STAND THE RISK OF BEING SUED. It could not be more simple than that. If you were giving this patch away for nothing, it wouldn't be an issue, but the moment you start charging for it, it becomes a totally different ball game (excuse the pun).
I would have no problem paying a £1 for this. The money is not the issue here. It's a legal one, and one you keep ignoring.

2.) When someone said they had the PES3 PC Demo before the game had even been given a release date.
Needless to say, both cases turned out to be true.
I'm willling to give Genesis the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I'm still very sceptical, but he has taken this pretty far for a hoax, and it certainly has some kind of genuine feel to it, despite all the suspicions and unanswered questions. It's perfectly possible this patch exists. Time will tell...

Even still he has used some kits and stadium updates from the community,i doubt he spent time making all the kits as u pointed out Kibble so even if this is genuine,he is still taking stuff from the community and selling it back.
