I can make this but i need some tips for the colors and the original logo or anyone here have a capture screen from tv card?

Extract them with EA Graph and open with Notepad, works fine for me.
Hercules open all with HEX Editor, maybe you play Fifa with a Hex Editor (A Joke)

well, I think for unknown files, that you are not entirely familiar with, it's best to hex it. Since with notepad, you can have odd characters not showing and also, you might not have the correct character set. Also, when you are editing, it's very easy to put an incorrect character that you don't mean to, e.g. space or carriage return or new line.

Hex shows all.

Actually hex can't solve all, I am currently looking into a even harder solution to a particular problem...
