Haha, the guys at the back of the queues always make me laugh. No way in hell will they even get one....and they spend the whole night on the streets. Losers.

It's one big machine, just like Xbox 1 console. I can't wait to buy one next mid-Spring/ beginning Summer time.
These are the PS3 Games I will want to buy in 2007: Virtua Tennis 3, Virtua Fighter 5, Tekken 6, Hot Shots Golf 5, MGS4, & FF 13 will all hit the big Spring/Summer time.
It's one big machine, just like Xbox 1 console. I can't wait to buy one next mid-Spring/ beginning Summer time.

The most innovative machine is the wii, also the most inexpensive but the real battle will be between 360 & PS3. Personally, I've been reading alot about both and came to the conclusion that the 360 is more bang for the buck. Not too mention, you save 200 dollars. I picked up the 360 and love it. Don't be fooled, the graphic capabilities on both machines are almost identical. If you talk to tech geeks who know how to dissect , analyze specs, they'll tell you. The 360 is much easier to develop for, the PS3, not so much. Blue Ray vs. DVD is akin to Beta (Sony) & VHS. And we all know who won. The reason why PS3 is using blue ray is cause they want to push blue ray upon the public and this is a good way to do it, according to them. The blue ray has large storage capabilities but what will the developers do with it? Are they gonna bother maxing it out? Highly doubtful cause that would mean more man hours , more cash, which in turn means higher prices for consumer. Already, if you look around you'll see alot more HD DVD movies than blue ray movies.
Now to the games, GOW just came out and shut sony up as far as graphics go. They showed that the 360 is a very very strong machine and is capable of anything sony can dish out. 360's game library is looking very good. Exclusive Gears of War, exclusive Splinter Cell games to come, GTA will debut on 360...
Online, everyone knows who's going to win that one. Obvious, XBOX LIve.
I was a huge PS2 fan, still am. I'm not a fan boy. I just look at things objectively. The 360 is the best buy out of the 2. The wii is probably the most interesting and innovative as well. Before you shell out the 660 dollars + on PS3 do objective comparisons

Enjoy the 360. It is a very powerful system with good games and great ones coming out now. The difference between 360 & PS3 is very very little, if any. Each has it's pros and cons. 360 is starting to really kick it up now.. No doubt the PS3 will be great too though. You made a wise choice.

You're gonna have to wait a long while, not 6 months. Don't know if you read the news but they slashed the number of PS3's shipped worldwide by half. Meaning, half of the preorder people will get theirs in 6 months, then after that comes the second batch of preorderees, then general public. I would say it'll be available to gen. public by next October - December.
