Pro Camera For Offline Multiplayer Gone!

Ahhh! There was a "glitch" in 12 that you could start an exhibition match in SP with Pro camera, and then add a second player after the match has started and still retain the camera view.

I really really really really hate playing with the side/TV style cameras.

Does anyone know a way that I can get that back?
