We announced it to you, a few months ago already, and Konami officially has just confirmed it, it will have a PES on Xbox!

The play is planned for the last quarter 2004 and if it is known that it is well the team of Tokyo which will be occupied some, no other information did not still filter on the Xbox version of this title and in particular, a possible compatibility with Xbox Live.
An advertisement which would undoubtedly owe booster rocket the sales of Xbox with the end of this year...

Well its gonna be ****e on xbox, fair enough the graphics will be good but how the hell are you gonna get all the ps2 controls on an xbox controller? The black and white buttons are ****e and too fiddley to use and using trigger to runs feels poor.

The controls won't be an issue... you'll get used to them like in all other games.

Graphics will be improved and hopefully Live play will be a reality... even without any of that what matters that PES has begun its "Multi Plattform journey" and I hope it stays that way FOREVER! (H)

The rumours were true after all. Konami will bring the best footy game ever to Xbox

We finally have rock-solid, horses'-mouth confirmation that Konami Tokyo are working on an Xbox version of Pro Evolution Soccer, the game widely regarded as the pinnacle of football gaming.

While Konami, rather strangely, will neither confirm nor deny whether the Xbox version will be based on, or even similar to, the PlayStation 2 series, the fact that it's coming from the same coders is reassuring. The grapevine suggests that the game will not be a port of PES3, the current incarnation, but a proper next step for the series, and should be released at around the same time as PES4 on PS2.

Described by UK PR as "a statement of intent to bring Pro Evo to Xbox", Microsoft senior director of Xbox marketing as "one of the greatest transfers of all time" and by a passing Xbox owner as "bloody good news", the announcement slates an autumn release.

Pro Evolution Soccer will finally grace Xbox this autumn
