Konami of Europe today announced that they will release Pro Evolution Soccer 4 for Xbox and PC-DVD across Europe on November 19th. Both versions come fully packed with online capabilities, as the Xbox version is using the Xbox Live service, while the PC version will feature LAN network play and online play via TCP/IP connections. As you know, almost 2 million copies of the PS2 version of the game have been delivered until now in the whole Europe, so Konami expects massive sales for these versions also.

This is actually real news. He wasn't complaining about the release date, he was giving it to us. The story he refers to links to the actual Konami press release confirming Nov 19 as the release date for PC and X-box.
