Problem import kit with Fifa11 i68KitManager

I can't import new kits for french league teams (all) for example ol, om, psg and lille and valencia, sevilla (the kit don't change) with Fifa11 i68KitManager

but I can import other kit of many teams (barca, real, bundesliga teams, international....).
same problem with FIFA 11 Textures Editor.

What is my problem?
help me please!!!!
