Problem, that's need to be sloved

i seen thread like this, so i think we need to tide this forum. My ideas:

1. All kitmakers posting their kits on forum agrees that kits can be used for patches, they sure have credits for that

2. All kits needs to be posted on country forum. Example:
FA Kits Forum:
Pede54: I maded chelsea new kit
this is dot. No one can made kits after he, or he can update that kit. We can make more kits then, becose i seen 10 kimakers maded chelsea. That's realy bad. They can made more kits from africa and other small regions
i have thinked some names:

FA- Ireland,England,Scotland,Wales,N.Ireland Clubs kits
Batic - Latvia,LithuaniaEstonia Clubs kits
Scandinavia - Faroe Islands,Norway,Sweden,Finland,Dennmark, Iceland Clubs kits

1) won't work, some prefer taking screenshots of their precious kits, print them, hang them over their bed and play with their .... screaming "my precious" before they would permit someone to use them in a patch, if it were that simple BOF07 would already be finished (now I didn't even start lol), same goes for the clowns still making exe patches instead of making cmp ones, they should be kicked repeatedly in the head to diminish their egoes and inflate their brains, but I don't thjink that will help either.

3) I'm not young enough to know everything so forgive me if I'm not right about this but more admins, yeah, restore my old account and make me admin, that would be cool. right?

That's all so absolutely right. Yet not that easy to solve. You can't forbid anyone to make the 100th manU kit. You can think "why did you do this, we already have this kit and yours is definitely worse than the others", you can also write that, but you can't forbid to make useless kits.

Start with that, and you'd have to go even further. People make minikits for teams that aren't in the game and don't make kits for these teams. Useless. People waste time making two or three different goalkeeper kits for one team. Useless. But obviously they enjoy it. Even if the reasons for that are sometimes veeeery hard to see.

by the way, interesting way to divide europe into regions. ukraine, russia, poland, romania, czech rep., etc compared to the three baltic states (i mean, what's Steaua Bucuresti, CSKA Moscow and Sparta Prague compared to Ajax Lasnamäe and Olimps Riga?).

1. Why should everyone agree, that he's kits are available for every patch? A few people use them without premission...(I have an example for this but that's not the point) - Bad idea.
2. This maybe is a good idea but you can find kits 'easily' if you use the magical "SEARCH" button
3. I don't think Pede is the only one who wants to make - like your example > - Chelsea kits. If someone else likes Chelsea, you can't tell him not to make their kit again.And i think the kitmakers won't make kits for teams, which they don't like, just because someone else made this desired club's kits before. - bad idea
Maybe a few kitmakers would leave SG because of the point 3.Maybe not and i got a bit carried away...

I can only be me but i think the forum should stay as is it now.

Creating patches would be more easier and you would find more useful stuff at the forums...

though i am absolutely agreeing with you guys, i still think you can't force anyone to make useful stuff. there are a lot of people who only play with and against Man U, chelsea, barca and real, over and over again and these people wouldn't think a second about playing with moroka swallows or other teams from africa or even eastern europe. they still like to make kits, even if they don't even need them themselves.
hard to believe. nevertheless it's a way of playing and editing this game we have to accept. accepting other people's opinions is something communism wasn't really good at.
there is a lot of things which a lot of editors do that isn't reasonable. it's not only multiple kits of bigger teams. it's menu faces, it's boots and other stuff too small to see ingame, it's minikits with details that they have to be posted in 1024x1024, etc.
we have to accept editors that work that way. if you forced them to make graphics for smaller teams, they'd leave.

My opinion on this very interesting subject:
I think that there is a lot of theory and little work about this issue .I mean if you want an open and "collaborative" patch it's easy :
open a thread,say "the African champions league kits and edited graphics thread" post some kits, badges,cmps and let everyone to post their creations and opinions there!
No need for deals,agreements copyrights and other boring shyte...
then spent some nights in front of your pc put it together ,msn your friends,try and retry everything,
give credits and thanks to the contributors and there it is your patch!!!It's been done before...
Billy (zefilio) did it with best of fifa 2006 (and got booed for mysterious reasons...)liio did it with the national teams,robie with euro etc etc...
AND if after that some megakitmaker wish to work with you(us),he will be most welcome.After all, among them you can find some very nice guys.
So my point is : START IT,DON'T DISCUSS IT
