Yes I have this problem, when I did edit in the cm13 i can't play in career mode

Avoid saving DB changes when you have an existing career mode save...

CM 12 has been modified to (mostly) work with FIFA 13. Check the PC Editing forum.

yes that happens when you do not read other threads for a better understanding of how things work.

After editing players and teams with CM13, and saving, you have to play another career from new start. The old career works only if you edit stadiums and some other stuffs.
