Problem with DB Master 2.3

When I start the install of the program and I recieve that message that:


But I've installed .Net Framework 3.0 already. I installed the old version-2.0 of .NET Framework and problem continiues. Please Help!

And you are surprised?? Install the .NET version that it asks for and it will run. The various versions of .NET are supposed to coexist quite happily (I have v1.1, including its SDK, and v2.0 installed without issue) but are not forward or backwards compatible
