Problem with FIFA 06 Music changer

My FIFA 06 music changer is refusing to load up now, it keeps coming up with the following error...

"Run Time error 339

Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

I have tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it and downloading a fresh copy and now I don't know what to do...
