problem with fifa xp

hey guys...
i've some problems with fifa xp:
if i start the programm an error message told me that the language dll vb6fr.dll couldn't be found, but it is in the winnt\system32 folder (i have win 2000)... i have also the vb6de.dll (cause i've the german version) and the vbrun from fifakulte correctly installed??!!

don't know were my mistake is... hope somebody can help me ;)
