Problem with fshED

Hello every body i have a problem with fshEd i have install this programm and install with all the file ddl in system but when i open a fsh file it required fil"EaTo32.ddl" not found ican use fshED but when i delet 2texture for example for a stadium there's a bug and i have another texture who is delete!!
Is there somebodu Can help Me. So i have to remove file save and reopen the fsh file all the time
