Problem with ini.big / ai.ini after installing new fifa.db file

I installed the new fifa.db file as it has fixed lineups and some gameplay tweaks that I like alot but now anything I change in ini.big / ai.ini doesn't apply to the game at all.

What I'm trying to change is the DRIBBLE_SPEED_PENALTY so the players will be able to run for a longer period of time.

So how can I do that ? I opened the fifa.db with DBM 09 but I can't find the value anywhere.

Help appreciated!
