Problem with kit transparency

When I try to import a .bmp kit with kitserver it always remains some bright pink or green on the kit although I do modify them wiith graphic studio.
I open the kit with graphic studio, I set colours opaque, then I set transparency for the bright pink or green or blue, then save it...but it doesn't work and I don't know why, what am I doing wrong?:(
