Problem with multyplayer games

I cant host multyplayer games.
I use the multyplayer by IP.. and when i host games no one cant join .
One friend tells me that this can be fix with port forwarding :) He helps me and for 2 days i could host games... Now i cant host games again. I dont touchany settings or configorations...
PLS HELP ME !!!!
