Problem with Personal Setting

Hi guys!
I want to ask a question, why my Fifa 11 is error when i choose Personal Setting, it's stop working and...But if i create new setting, everything is fine
But then i close it, open again and choose that setting i created before, it's crash again...WHY???

I have this same problem, reinstalled already and he always comes back ...
