problem with profile

Hello.
For some reason I have a problem with profile, deleted the the previous one and every time I want to create a new (I'm at the part of training for the first time on a new defense system), it crashes
Is there possibility someone can make me a new profile not used. (that you have made now and it dosnt have any memory of games etc.)
