Problem with some English kits

One week ago there was an origin update. Since then it is impossible for me to have new kits for some teams like Bournemouth Everton Crystal Palace West Ham. Even though in CM i have new kits, in game there are always 15/16 kits. I still have the copy of the game before this update and when i load it, there are new kits. But after the origin update I've updated nearly all championship clubs and I don't want to lose it. Is there a way to have new kits and updated rosters?

Those kits have gambling/alcohol sponsor logos, your country might have advertising restrictions so the country protection kits are active. Inspect kit_locale.ini and remove references to your country if they exist.

Just realised I had a patched version I sent to someone else a long time ago. Just put it in your FIFA 16 root folder and regenerate.
