Problem with transfers

Hi,
I have a problem with transfers in manager mode. In transfers table,Only one or two players transferer and it write this: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/546/aaaaaaao.jpg/. Its porblem cause other clubs don´t buy my players.
Two weaks before everthing was ok but now... I tried reinstall fifa, uninstall all patches and deleted all save games but it didn´t help. Only in Turkish and Brazilian league are Transfers ok but in other leagues they dont. Does anybody help me pls?

actually i also have this problem, b4 this, other clubs WILL BUY all players that i want to sold or loan, bt now, nobody wants them, weird, and if they want to buy, only clubs like BAYERN MUNICH OR MANCHESTER UNITED will buy....
hope someone can solve it..
