problems getting balls

nah he means how does he play with the certain balls he unlocked, same as kits i think. as for kits, you should just select which one you would like to play with at the "Kit Selector" screen before u start playing. as for balls, u unlock them for different leauges.

playing unlock balls

you are right james.i unlock premier league n serie A balls but when i start a new season eg.serie A but still old fifa ball in there...any further things to tweak?
