Problems with creating tournament by CM08

I created a new tournament with CM08 and then saved it.But when i entered in fifa tournament mode to select that tournament my game crashes.Can anyone help to tell me how to create tournament properly??I made a tounament of 32 teams in group stage & knockout form through CM08.But it crashed my game.
Can anybody help????

Typical errors are:
1) you have some missed link inside your tournament (e.g. the final is not linked with the winner of the two semifinals)
2) you have not assigned all the "default" teams (I mean the teams in the white box and at least one box is empty)
3) you have done something wrong with the dates, or the playing order is not correct (e.g. the final is played before than the semifinals) or the period assigned to each stage is too short (e.g. you should play a home\away pair of matches but you have assigned only one week to the stage)

first thanks for your amazing tool its a great service for the fifa comunity !
Ihave a problem too whit the structure tournament
i have edited the uefa and champions league i have added team and qualifications rounds
all work fine in the tournament mode but not in the manager mode !
Fifa crash every time to the end of the first season sometimes the second
the dates are correct and they have no blank link !
sometimes the tournament work in the manager mode but never for a second season

after many test is impossible to play a carreer with uefa and champions league modified with many rounds before the group
The same problem with just one qualifications round with 15 match
now i have no more solutions why the uefa and champions league works fine in the tournament mode ? but never in the career ?
