Problems with patches

Hi all,

I have problems with installing patches and updates for FIFA2005.
The Nike ball (by ionescu) needs to be installed with BigGui or something similar, but when i install a patch, and i want to start Fifa, it crashes back to windows.

I need to reinstall the whole game every single time :(

Does anybody has the same problems or does anybody have the answer for this?
