PS2 20 min matches way too slow

does anyone agree, that the 20 minute matches, at least in ML are way too slow compared to 10 minute games? the ball behaves like a balloon, and the players behave like fat lazy dudes... good for practice, but not very realistic...

seems like konami cheated a bit on us there...
