PS2: any tips with corners?

i dont think corners are as good as 2004 the keeper always comes out a grabs the ball. and if u do get past the defender the guy runs past the cross where as before on 2004 he would stop.
the only way i can usually score is putting it to guy right infront the goal. and hussle the defender.

so has any got any tips on corners and hussling? (is it better to keep tapping or hold when hussling)

i use the hussling and it's best to tap both analog sticks quickly.

i think they made it too easy this time

i score 9 out of 10 corners

just do near post and press the guy in near post (circle button)]

then push the guy to the side with the right analog stick and push him twice then go back just a little bit and just press circle and thats how i score sooooooooooo easily

Nah, wot i do is select the top 1 that is already there for u, press square to select the player in front of goal, and move him to the edge of the box. Then u hold sprint and run in to meet the ball by pressin circle and u should score.

Usually y use Near Post push back the defender (hopefully my player is stronger the him) and wala GOAL! Keep the analog stick back and heading towards the far post and you will make it in. Also sometimes the ball goes lose and your striker can kick it in.

You have to wait until the timer pass midway before start running. Otherwise the keeper grabs the ball.

thats exactly what i do!! everytime i get a corner i always know im gonna score.. way too easy

Maybe you should begin playing online some more. There you should find more competition.
