just a quick question
1. what does it mean when you put someone on the release list. i couldn't find anything about it in the manual. i put a player on it and his still in my team. i know you can just release players, but i don't have a clue what the release list is about.

2. do you guys just leave the cpu negotiation settings on default(don't change them at all).

The release list means you give a player the sack :)
I leave the cpu negotiation setting unchanged, is more realistic.
