Question about how to export squads from CM

Hello , I did most of the transfers using CM 11 rosters
but now I wanna re-install the game , so how I export those transfers I made to a file
in order to put it back when i install the game using CM11

Make it into a cmp.open cm11 and just click patch > create > select what u want to make into cmp e.g kits > select what u need from them like real madrid home kit,man utd 3rd etc.same procedure with squads
