Question About Squads In Moddingway

Sorry if this is obivous but I've tried several tests to verify the problem. I must be doing something wrong because no matter what database I select in MW, the Ligue1 squads aren't updated. I supposedly loaded a database with transfers from 2013-14 but Sissoko is on PSG which he wasn't for all of last year. Is there something else I'm supposed to do to see squad updates or is Ligue1 simply not part of MWs squad updates?
Thanks for anyone who can help and sorry if this isn't the right forum. I thought the mods forum was only for posting new mods, there isn't really a questions forum.

if you happen to be using a non-legal version of the game, it does not work for some versions of it
