questions for fifa players

I have some questions for those who already got the game. Do the nets shake when you score a goal or are they just cardboard like in the demo?
And another one: when you make a substitute, can you actually see it, like in fifa 2002, or you just get a message on the screen, like in fifa 2003?
And finally: can you choose between day and night in career mode also or just in friendly games? can you also choose the stadium in career mode if it's not assigned?
