I haven't been able to buy Fifa 2002 because I have to upgrade my computer first. I just have a couple of questions for you all.

1) What are the promoted teams for the following leagues: Scotland, France, England, Switzerland and Germany?

2) What are the non-First division teams involved in the Domestic cups in Scotland, France, England and Switzerland?

3) Is the Switzerland league done like the actual league is done with more than part of the season?

4) Finally, what are all of the tournaments that are unlocked?
