...if I update Fifa 08 with the Jan 08 transfer patch, will the new squad show up in my current game (Feb 2008)? Or will I have to restart the whole season from Summer 2007 again?

You will have to delete your folder D- Formation in C:/My Documents/FIFA 08;

So you will have to restart the whole season from summer 2007.

A solution could be to configure your roster manually using MM08 (by Rinaldo), I didn't try it but I think that it is the best solution to make real transfert during your season in mamager mode without to have to restart the whole season.

Oh thats crap.

Pity you can't update the squads med season with manually having to go into each team and update them.
