Actually, Roma's finances are not doing great if you might remember in the summer they were one of the 5 teams that did not pay they're registration on time. I'm sure this season didn't help, but you're not as bad off as we are.

Well there are no rules apparently. Any clubs in administration will not be entered into their league. So Leeds, West Ham, Chelsea, Lazio and all the other clubs that are millions in debt may be shat on. However, they were thinking of giving the rule 2 years or so to warn clubs.
