Great result for us and it certainly brings us that little bit closer to finally a respectable trophy. I hope Leeds can do us a favour tomorrow
As for Carroll, well it was a mistake but I wouldn't dump him. He has played consistant whenever called upon and he's only young.

I just want to address the man utd 'fans' on here who already wants Carroll's head. He made one blunder, so what? He was under heavy pressure. I think he's a better keeper than Barthez. First of all, he's taller, has longer arms and feet. That means he could reach for shots, corners, so he has a better chance of saving shots. As most of us say, most of all the goals against barthez came with some half hearted dive for the ball. Barthez is just too short and small. Look at Schmeichel. Look at his size and what it brought to the table for manu. So I saw leave Caroll on the team. Give him a chance.

hE'S YOUNG?HE LOOKS 40.BUt,he just doesn't clear well often enough.Sure,manu should try him for a season but he doesn't seem to be learning.All his blunders are mostly very poor clearances, like agnst chelsea he threw the ball to Lampard.
And btw, to manu and fergi fans...congrats!!..
