No, Ayala screwed up his team by hitting Makaay twice (elbow and hand) in both sides of Makaay's face
Hierro can do that and more, referees don't use to send him off, but Ayala doesn't have "licence to kill"

I think that wasnt an agretion it was the natural movement of the hand
