Radeon 9600 XT 256mb

Upgrading my PC in the next few days and thats the card im looking at getting ^^, the 9800XT is just outta my price range.. by a lot

Anyone have this or have an advice over it? I know its not the best place to ask this question but i cant be stuffed registering at more forums.

9800 Pro ( 128 M is much better than a 9600 XT 256 MB.


and the 9800 pro is priced just a few dollars more than the 9600 XT

Before I had checked my post i had decided on getting the 9800 Pro but might hold out a tiny bit longer so I can get one with TV out for less than an extra 40 bucks

budget $400 odd

The nVidia 6800 is the best in the tests carried out in this month's Custom PC magazine. Bit expensive, but look into it as it is a real next-gen card.
