Rafael van der Vaart face by Youri

I've picked up my Van der Vaart face and this came out.
It's still an earl version, I haven't had the time to work much on it.
Please comment.

Youri , that face is really amazing , just fix the neck's texture and the eyes a bit ,they look like very vertexed
