I know this isn't the right place to post such a thread but I need an quick answer so I didn't have the choice.

Can anyone tell me how to see the RAM model of my computer (I have 256Mo but I don't know if it's DDR or SDRAM etc...) coz I want to add some memory and I need to know what's the compatible model.THnx a lot in advance.

I'll delete the thread as soon as I get an answer.

never heard of that. You need to look what type of memory your motherboard supports. So pc100, pc133, pc2700 etc.....nub

go to 'run',type 'msinfo32',this should show you the amount of ram you have,im not sure how exactly you find what type,i know i have ddr2,

ps:if you are having slowdowns in pes4,long load times etc type ' - heapsize (insert half your memory here),

example:"C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\pes4.exe" -heapsize 512000

i have a gig so i type 512000 which is 512.000mb

if you have 256mb type - heapsize 128000

this helps particurly with loadtimes etc as it increases the ram the comp uses to load the games resources,i've noticed a slight improvement in performance but my comp plays the game fine so it doesnt really effect me but i noticed it improved loading times in hl2 alot, its mostly for lower end systems
